1st Annual Broadkill Banjos and Seafood

Great Music and Seafood can be found on Saturday, October 18 at Milton's Memorial Park.  Located at the corner of Union and Chandler Street in Milton.  The event starts at noon with great seafood available from noon to 6pm non-stop music until 8pm. Admission is free and food will be available to purchase on the ticket system.  Tickets are available at a cost of $2.00 per ticket.  Most food items cost between 1 and 4 tickets. Tables and chairs will be available in the eating area but you may want to bring a lawn chair if you plan to enjoy the music.

Christmas Parade

The annual Milton Christmas Parade takes place on the first Wednesday of December at 7:00 pm. Sponsored by the Milton Volunteer Fire Department it's a fun event for the whole town. What's more fun than marching bands, lots of bright red fire trucks from all over the area, towns businesses and residents all decked out for the holidays? Holly Festival

The Milton Chamber of Commerce sponsors this annual holiday event which includes many Milton organizations joining in to bring visitors a spectacular day in historic Milton! Always on the 2nd Saturday in December, The Holly Festival features  many fine hand craftes in the Fire Hall and in Goshen Hall. Santa will be in town for little ones. A holly wreath-making demonstration is offered at the Historical Society Museum. This is a highlight as it commemorates an important industry from Milton's past. The Public Library and many downtown merchants take part with special decor, gifts for sale and  holiday treats as well. At 2:30 following the Holly Festival, the Milton Century Club will present the very popular Holiday House Tour. Holiday House Tour in Historic Milton

Holiday House Tour in Historic Milton Sponsored by the Milton Century Club on December 13, 2014 The Holiday House Tour in Milton begins at 2:30 pm and ends at 7:00 pm rain or shine.  Tickets are $20 for the house tour including a pre-tour reception in a beautifully restored and furnished historic home or $15 for the tour only.  Tickets may be purchased in advance at the Milton Historical Society and Museum, 210 Union St.; Salon Milton, 517 Chestnut St.; Hillside Florist, 105 Lavinia St.; and Mercantile at Milton, 109 Union St., Milton, DE.   For further information, call 302-684-0966 or 302-684-0368. Holiday House Tour tickets may also be purchased on December 13th at the annual Holly Festival sponsored by the Milton Chamber of Commerce that is held in the Milton Fire Hall on Front St., Goshen Hall on Federal St. and throughout the town.  The Holly Festival features fine hand-made crafts, foods, holly wreath making demonstrations at the museum, and many gift items and treats are available at local shops and the Milton Library.   Santa makes a special visit to Milton as well!  The Holly Festival is held from 9:00 am until 3:00 pm.

8th Annual St. Patrick's Day Parade

Be Irish for the day on March 8th in downtown Milton. Take part in the 3rd Annual Lucky Leprechaun 5K Run/Walk to benefit the Milton Chamber summer events. Regristration begins at 10 am.
