I am a certified Holistic Life Coach, having trained with renowned author and founder of the Foundation of Holistic Life Coaching, Mr. Alan Cohen. My experiences which include teaching Family and Consumer Science education for thirty-six years, activities with various age groups, and a variety of life’s challenges, have prepared me to help people move forward and overcome issues in their life.
I offer individual coaching sessions as well as small group workshops on various topics, such as the mind, body, spirit connection, and finding joy in the middle of a challenging situation.
